President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO, Terry Swanson is responsible for maximizing the company's growth and profitability through the delivery of hybrid IT solutions. He leads a seasoned management team dedicated to creating an everyday "perfectly delighted" customer experience in accordance with the highest ethical standards and principles.
Terry Swanson joined OneNeck in 2011 as CEO of two subsidiary companies. Later, he was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining OneNeck, Terry held various positions within CDW Corporation, Cisco Systems Inc, 3Com Corporation and IBM. His experience and exposure to a wide range of vertical markets with leading technology companies provides him with the insights necessary to facilitate OneNeck's rapid growth.
Terry holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology.
Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President
As the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Clint Harder is responsible for shaping OneNeck IT Solutions’ product development and technology strategy. His focus is on driving revenue while overseeing the optimization of OneNeck’s technology infrastructure. Additionally, Clint is a senior member of the business development team at OneNeck’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems. In this role, Clint helps to evaluate partnership and acquisition opportunities.
In June 2011, Clint joined OneNeck as the Vice President of Product Strategy, was promoted to CTO in June of 2013 and into his expanded role in August of 2014. Prior to joining OneNeck, Clint served as a consultant for the Corvid Group where he provided guidance to TDS Telecom and other companies on developing and growing IT as a service business initiative. Prior to serving as a consultant, Clint performed multiple operational and product development roles in the managed hosting business at CDW Berbee in Madison, Wis., for nearly a decade. Clint also has extensive professional experience in software development lifecycle management, manufacturing process engineering and total quality system management.
Clint holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of California-Berkeley.
Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering
Dave serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering for OneNeck IT Solutions. In this capacity, Dave leads a team of employees who are accountable for delivering hybrid IT solutions designed to enable customers to achieve their business goals. He leads a talented group of technical service delivery, operations and project managers. Together, their advanced technical skills and expertise help OneNeck’s customers select, design, build, implement and manage advanced technical solutions. Dave joined OneNeck in November 2014 as the Vice President of Professional Services before transitioning to his current role in January 2016.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Dave was Director of Professional Services for WTS Paradigm, an independent software vendor (ISV) for Configuration software (CPQ) for the building products industry. Dave also previously spent 12 years with CDW Berbee in Madison, Wis., leading Professional Services after beginning his career in learning technology and consulting at Accenture.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Business where he earned his BBA in Finance.
Senior Vice President - Facilities
As Vice President of Facilities for OneNeck IT Solutions, Hank Koch is responsible for the care of our mission critical data center infrastructure, including ensuring uptime, managing capacity and controlling operating costs as well as managing major data center projects. Hank continues to use his extensive experience in infrastructure and facilities management to keep OneNeck’s assets best-in-class.
Hank Koch joined OneNeck in August 2009. He was previously the Vice President of IT Infrastructure at Deluxe Corporation, a $2 billion provider of electronic and print financial services to business and consumers; and the Vice President and General Manager of Data Centers for Deluxe Data Systems, operating many of the largest electronic funds transfer (and ATM) networks in the United States and globally.
Hank holds a BS in Math and Physics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. He also completed studies in the IT Services Delivery summer program at Harvard University Business School.
